She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Texas in San Antonio in 2009 and an Associates degree in Paramedicine from Blinn in 2012. She worked as an EMT & Paramedic at St. Joseph EMS for 6 years and now teaches future paramedic candidates at Lone Star College. Obtaining her real estate license in 2016, she strives to work hard every day to further her education and experience. Originally from Southeast Texas, Julia's journey to bluebonnet country is a little different than most. After High School graduation, Julia bundled up and headed North for college in Kansas, to compete on a National Champion Collegiate Livestock Judging Team. After completing her time there, she transferred to Texas A&M University, where she met a 6'8 boy from Brenham, who used to try to cheat off her homework! After graduation, Julia and Matt were married and moved back to his hometown. Julia's passion for real estate grew deeper as she was amazed by the rolling hills and bluebonnets of Washington County...remember, she is from the flat lands of SETX, so a hill was basically a mountain to her! The community of Washington County was so welcoming and she strives to welcome others into this area, with the same hospitality she was shown.
