A native Houstonian, Blanca graduated from Lamar High School in 1994. She attended the University of Houston Downtown where she received a degree in Social Science and took graduate level courses from the University of St. Thomas to obtain a Texas Teaching Certificate. Prior to entering real estate, Blanca taught in Houston ISD for 20 years. This experience has provided her with valuable skills that she uses daily in real estate negotiations, educating home buyers and sellers, and being detail oriented. Blanca is a listing specialist currently serving the West Houston Area. Her passion for real estate is apparent through her excellent communication skills and exceeding her client's expectations.
