Blake Plaster
Blake Plaster is an accomplished Houston real estate professional, recognized as the youngest inductee into Martha Turner Sotheby's International Realty's Circle of Excellence and a member of the MTSIR Hall of Fame. A native Houstonian with an extensive understanding of the city's residential markets, Blake combines local insight, investment-minded advice, and exceptional client service to help buyers and sellers make confident real estate decisions.
Blake's passion for real estate began with his grandmother, a real estate investor who taught him to recognize the long-term potential of property. That perspective continues to shape his approach today. Having spent 30 years in Memorial and now residing in the Galleria area, Blake offers firsthand knowledge of Houston's diverse neighborhoods, including Memorial, River Oaks, the Heights, Rice Military, Timbergrove, Tanglewood, Briargrove, Spring Valley, and Spring Branch.
Known for his strong work ethic, responsive communication, and hands-on approach, Blake guides clients through every stage of the real estate process. His commitment to personalized service and lasting client relationships has helped build a business driven by repeat clients and referrals.
Blake earned his degree in Communications from the University of Houston. His professional credentials include the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation, Certified Negotiation Expert certification, Social Media Pro designation, and participation in the Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program.
His honors include the Houston Association of REALTORS® Top 20 Under 40 award, recognizing excellence in sales, leadership, and community service, as well as recognition as a Rising Star Real Estate Agent by Five Star Professional.
Beyond real estate, Blake supports Spring Spirit and the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. As a member of the 2018 Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program class, he also contributed to an initiative that raised nearly $50,000 for Hurricane Harvey relief through Recovery Houston. A proud supporter of Houston's sports teams and University of Houston Cougar football, Blake is also a longtime musician who enjoys playing guitar in his free time.
