My client wants to either sell or lease his house! Preferably lease . How can I post it and know the appraisal

Welcome to being an Agent!\n\nOnce you login to the \"Agent Portal\" and enter MATRIX, hover on the \"Add/Edit (Input)\" Tab and select Add/Edit.\nFrom there you\'ll be prompted to select the type of listing you want to add.\nFor your situation- where the client wants to sell and lease, you have to enter 2 listings for the same property, one for the sale and the other for the lease.\nOnce you enter the listing information on one however, you can copy the information to your second listing using the MLS number, it will save you a lot of time (PRO TIP)\n\nAs for appraisal.... this is not something a licensed agent does unless they are also a licensed Appraiser.\nYou or your client will need to hire and real estate appraiser to find the value.\nFor pricing (both rental rate and sale price) agents typically work with the seller/landlord after completing a CMA Report using nearby Comparables. \n\nTake the time to learn and master these skills!
