You will have to read the Condo Docs: Letter of Incorporation and the By Laws. If the HOA has Architectural Guidelines, you may wish to look at those as well. Those documents will describe what is covered by the HOA and specifically may describe if and where termite damage is covered. If none of this is in black and white and cannot be resolved to your client\'s satisfaction, have your client visit with a real estate attorney.

The best days would be Saturday and Sunday, some people work saturdays so they only have Sunday to go to the houses. But others like to go out on saturdays if they have nothing other planned for the weekend. Try and host an open house both days of the weekend for 2 hours at a time if you are able to, this way you give them options.
