After serving 23 years as a Special Agent with the U.S Secret Service and the U.S. Department of Commerce, I decided to retire from law enforcement and pursue a career in Real Estate. In 2020, I began my journey to help people reach their dreams of buying their first home or their forever home. I am excited to assist anyone in any community. However, I am most familiar in my home area of League City, Friendswood, & Clear Lake area. My wife and I are avid boaters and beach-goers, so I am extremely familiar and experienced in selling properties in the Clear Lake, Galveston Beach, Surfside & Bolivar Island areas. While I sell homes of all types and in all price ranges..I specialize in luxury waterfront and beachfront properties. I am one of the few agents in the area that will take perspective buyers to view waterfront listings and communities by boat.  I also hold the designation of Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist "Guild Ranking". To earn this designation an agent must complete extra training & MUST SELL at least 3 homes above $700,000 and 2 homes above $1,000,000. As of October of 2025, I have sold 21 homes above $700,000 (of which 7 of them were above $1,000,000+). So if you are looking for a qualified agent in this price point, I am both qualified and excited to help you. I typically help people buy and sell between 40-50 properties per year (200+ properties total for $100,000,000+ in total sales price volume).     

I am also an avid classic car enthusiast and daily golfer.. so needless to say, I enjoy talking cars, boats, golf and real estate! I am available to assist you 7 days a week from 7:00AM - 10:00PM, (even while on vacation). I have written many offers and contracts on my listings from my cruise-ship balcony or hotel room. I love to build friendships and stay in touch with my clients. To better serve you, I have also built a team of some of the best real estate professionals in the business to help and support me and each other. So you're not just getting me, your getting the support of my entire team. (We work together to make sure we never miss a showing or the opportunity to list your home). Together we average 80-100 sold properties per year between $20-$30+ million in sales volume each year. That ranks us in the top 1% of Realtors in the entire Houston area.
