We\'ve had two agents in our office report that incomplete listings added through Add/Edit in Matrix are disappearing before they make them active. In both cases they were there for a while like more than a month (client delayed listing). Is there some time frame for Matrix that automatically deletes listings if they are incomplete? It\'s a lot of work to redo it all! I\'ve seached Incomplete Listings, deleted, and all categories - it\'s just gone.

Hi Beverly, \n\nSorry to hear that. \nThey remove the incomplete days in 30 days unless rules changed recently. It happened to me before. ADA Compliant is what many will search for, but I\'d also mention if there are ramps or shower bars, as those are often appreciated by families in general. We currently live in a home redesigned to be ADA compliant by a previous owner, and although our family doesn\'t need those accommodations, we find many of them very useful. You may also want to insure that the home is indeed ADA Compliant in all areas if you\'re using that particular term. Website noted below with more details on what is required.

Hi, Ben - This is a good question as buyers often wonder if they should look at a house that\'s in this situation. The advantage to a buyer is knowing ahead of time that an offer has already been made so you may not be able to buy the house, but also that the current offer may fall through. So you don\'t get your hopes up, but if you\'re ready to move quickly (you\'ve been pre-approved for financing and are ready to move) you may be able to make an offer if the opportunity presents itself. The seller may be taking backup offers as well, so if the property is one you\'re interested in, you can begin a conversation and let the seller know you\'re interested.
