Moving was difficult (it would be more accurate to say traumatic) and Beryl helped us through it procedurally as well as emotionally. I would buy a house again with her if we ever have to move again. Our experience with her wasn't merely transactional, I feel as if we adopted a new family member...I would recommend her again and again. We are truly grateful.

Beryl is a delight to work with! She helped me and my family move into a wonderful home. Sometimes in real estate things sail along with no issues, this transaction was more complicated though. Beryl always kept us updated and I feel as though she really fought for our best interests. We tried to put an offer on one house, but it was just put under contract, so we put an offer on another home. Then the first home came back on the market so we pursued it again. Beryl was never flustered and negotiated on our behalf. She worked hard for us even though we were out of state. She met with various members of our family that already live here as well as gave us local recommendations for services. We would work with her again in a heart beat.
