-Call absentee owners, FSBOs, expired listings
-Join local Facebook groups & mingle to find prospective buyers/sellers
-Reach out and connect on LinkedIn
-Preview homes and share pictures/videos online
-Create reels
-Hold open houses for other realtors
-Go Live on YouTube/Facebook/IG & talk real estate
-Connect with other agents for referral partnerships
