Hey Carlar!

A key to generating more business is knowing where your current business is coming from and tracking your activities. This is something I struggled with in the beginning but have gotten more consistent with over time. It's imperative to scaling your real estate business smoothly.

What I do for lead generation:
-Contacting my Sphere of Influence
-Attend local events for networking purposes
-Join local clubs
-Switched my gym membership
-Passing out cards ev...

-Call absentee owners, FSBOs, expired listings
-Join local Facebook groups & mingle to find prospective buyers/sellers
-Reach out and connect on LinkedIn
-Preview homes and share pictures/videos online
-Create reels
-Hold open houses for other realtors
-Go Live on YouTube/Facebook/IG & talk real estate
-Connect with other agents for referral partnerships

I have a lead generating platform through eXp that is great as well as a massive referral network. Open houses are GREAT ways to get leads and strategic target marketing in your area.

I try to get engaged on forums that talk about real estate And also in my community. so that when people are looking for the go-to contact, they can point to me. I'm also working on my sphere of influence, to make them aware that I'm no longer in corporate America, however, I'm into Real Estate. I got some leads that way too. I boost the listings of other agents in my brokerage as well.
