“As the seller, Scott and I experienced some strange actions on part of buyer and realtor. Example: Scott and I met at house right after buyer's inspector left and found that he had removed a closet door from the hinges and left it leaning against a bathroom counter. Scott hung it again. Then buyer's realtor wanted credit for repairs, including "putting a door back on hinges." I repeatedly sent word to ask if buyer wanted anything not in contract and got no answer until too late - I was committed to Tender Transitions sale, and had given away cat stuff. I've experienced 7 closings in my life and this was the worst communication from buyer ever.”
