Audra Smith

Audra has been a leader in Austin's real estate market for more than 20 years with extensive Sales and Marketing experience in New Home Building and Downtown Condominiums. She has been successful and an over achiever from the beginning. In 2005 Audra received the Home Builder's Association's Rookie of the Year Award for top sales in Austin.

Audra is able to draw on this valuable experience to give her downtown buyers and sellers the edge they need to achieve their real estate goals in today's dynamic and fast-paced market. Her positive attitude, organization, and professionalism make the purchase and sale process smooth and enjoyable.

As a member of ABOR, Audra is a licensed Realtor®, and has earned the following professional designations: Graduate Realtor® Institute (GRI), Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) and Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE). Audra is also a tenured member of Austin's Home Builders Association, in highlighted involvement with their Sales & Marketing Council and Professional Women in Building.

When not serving clients, Audra enjoys spending time with family, international travel, golf and going for drives in our classic Ford truck, the "Green Bean".
