Ashton Ferrari is a goal-oriented and driven real estate professional with a background in both residential sales and new construction development. He believes in the power of goal-setting to stay focused and make the most of his time.
Ashton's real estate career began in 2014 after a successful tenure as a Rental Agent with Enterprise Rent-a-Car and Avis Budget Group. He entered the residential real estate market by holding open houses for a broker who specialized in new construction homes in Spring Branch and Oak Forest. His hard work and dedication quickly led the broker to offer him an assistant role. In 2017, Ashton earned his real estate license and established his own business, primarily marketing to builders.
Over the years, Ashton has built a strong reputation working at prestigious firms such as Martha Turner Sotheby's International Realty and Greenwood King Properties. He now specializes in full-service new construction developments, encompassing land acquisition, design, marketing, and sales. His portfolio also includes single-family home resales, where he represents both buyers and sellers. A large part of his success comes from referrals and repeat business from a loyal network of clients, friends, and business partners.
A proud Houston native, Ashton graduated from Jersey Village High School and later attended Texas Tech University. Now residing in The Heights, Ashton enjoys spending his free time with his dog, Barkley, running the hike-and-bike trail, and participating in social events within his community. He also enthusiastically supports Field Elementary School, proudly sponsoring the school's activities.
