Angela Moncada is originally from Colombia, moved to the USA in 1999, and has shown a passion for both animals and real estate from an early age. In addition to working in the veterinary field for over a decade, she and her husband opened a successful landscaping business in 2018 which operates based on referrals. Angela is a happy mother of a 2-year-old son and is dedicated to thriving in the real estate business by helping people achieve their dreams of either ownership or netting the most for her sellers. She obtained her Texas Real Estate License in early 2018 and has since obtained multiple certifications, including a CNE - certified negotiation expert accreditation in February 2019, a Texas affordable housing specialist certification - TAHS, and a SFR - short sale and foreclosure resource in June of 2021. Angela's clients are mostly referral based, and she is committed to staying informed and up-to-date with classes and new regulations to better serve them. Angela is excited and ready to help you understand the process of selling or buying your next property and use her negotiation skill.
