Bernstein Realty has been an absolute dream to work with. My parents worked with Melinda Gordon (the best!!) and referred her to us when we decided to relocate to Houston from New York City. Since it was our first home, we were a little nervous. Melinda was so kind, patient and incredibly knowledgeable. She was always punctual, quick to answer calls/texts and answer any question we had. She made the entire process extremely easy and when we finally closed on our home, I was kind of sad to part ways after our time together! However, we can’t wait to partner with her again for future adventures! Thank you Melinda!!

We have met Wayne Cohen about 10 years ago. He helped us to buy a new house and sell our old one. We were truly impressed with his level of knowledge, professionalism and great unbiased advice. This year we have decided to move again and it was no question about contacting Wayne to help us in our journey. Wayne Cohen was extraordinary to work with; he is very knowledgeable and truly cares about his customers. He went above and beyond to help me get my dream house. I used every single contact he recommended (for inspections, home insurance, etc.) and they did not disappoint. He made sure to answer all my questions and went over every detail of the process (since this was my first time buying a house). I can not be happier by his work!
