“We did a flat fee service and was great for what we paid for Al is knowledgeable along with knowing how contracts work. If you are a person who demands a lot of interaction, upgrade to the full listing. Something I should have done, but in the end it worked out greatly. Hug your realtor. They do a lot of work without the client knowing. There were many things I could have avoided had I upgraded my listing to full service. A lesson learned on my part. Unless you are absolutely sure you have a buyer, use Al and his full service. Don’t go into it with how much you think you May save because the reality is you May lose money not knowing how the process works ”
