HOMEBUYERS: If you're a 1st time home buyer I will take you through the step by step process- from the pre-approval stage, to finding that perfect home, down to the closing. If you're purchasing a second/weekend home, townhome, condo, investment property, or relocating to Houston or another state, I can be of assistance to you as well. If you are an out of state investor, I will be your eyes and find the deals with equity. I can manage your property and facilitate all repairs, address questions or concerns with the tenant and collect rent. I WILL negotiate the best deal for you by analyzing the market. My motto is you have not because you ask not! Therefore, I will not be afraid to negotiate and ask for extra incentives that will be beneficial to my buyer’s.

SELLER’S: If you're selling your home, I will go above and beyond and not only list your home through the traditional method - Multiple Listing Service, but will use other forms of advertising to market your home to gain maximum exposure. i.e; I may list in the Houston Chronicle, Greensheet, Craig’s List, and a host of other online real estate sites. I also do open houses to allow for realtors and buyers to see the home at once. I will also perform a FREE MARKET ANALYSIS to determine the value of your home. I always tell my clients that I take it very personal if my clients home is on the market for a long time. Therefore I will price it right the first time and be very creative and aggressive in moving your property.
