Hi, I’m Aaliyah Davis, Realtor®, ABR with TAS Realty Group, proudly serving Houston and surrounding communities. I help clients explore options such as down payment assistance, new construction incentives, VA financing, and other programs that may help make purchasing a home more affordable.

My experience extends throughout Houston and the surrounding areas, including Northwest Houston, Spring, the University Area, and other growing communities across the Greater Houston market. I also work with investors interested in multifamily properties, house hacking, rental opportunities, and strategies designed to turn real estate into a long-term wealth-building tool.
