Originally from El Salvador I immigrated to the United States in 2003. I arrived to California with dreams of becoming the American success story. Even though I was in the Foster Care System I did not allow the circumstances to hinder my dreams. I was honored to receive recognition from the California State Senate for graduating with Honors from John F. Kennedy High School. From there I began studies at Los Angeles Valley College and eventually the United Education Institute. I made the move back to El salvador continuing my college education. I donated my time for over Two years teaching English to lower income children which was amazingly gratifying.



In 2013 I was ecstatic to come back to the United States and arrived into Houston, where I met my husband and started my family. I can't imagine living anywhere else. From the first time you meet me you will feel at ease with my working style and my ability to represent your best interests. I specialize in representing clients in the purchase and sale of their home and I'm fluent in Spanish for those that are more comfortable in their native language. Stephen Sahagian has lived in the Gulf Coast region for 20+ years with a 5 year period in "Cowtown"-Fort Worth, where he attended ministry school and received his license in real estate through Purvis Real Estate Institute. Spending 3 years as property manager in the lucrative TCU area, he has experience representing investors in transactions, as well as keeping both tenants and owners appeased.

Sahagian recently moved back to the Houston area to be with family and pursue his career in residential and commercial real estate.
