Montreal native Rose Yannakis has proudly made Houston her base for all things home and real estate. A resident since 2005, Rose became hooked on the industry after finding the perfect home for her growing family in 2007. After spending several years helping her agent perform market analysis documents for clients, she decided to obtain her license so she could start with helping her friends and family navigate the real estate process. Rose's industry experience is extensive and includes her own homeownership transactions: new construction, property resale, and income-producing investments, and flips. She has also worked with new-home construction builders and can confidently guide that specific buying demographic from design to closing. Rose loves searching for ways to accommodate her clients' changing needs and optimize solutions to help them achieve the life they envision.
