I grew up in Fort Worth Texas and studied at Texas Tech University, Lubbock Texas. I began my real estate career 17 years ago as a Buyer's Agent for a Top-Producing Team in 2006. After a few years I realized I had the drive and desire to go Solo and signed as an Independent agent. Having raised two children in the Houston area, I am well versed in the importance of community involvement. Committed to first class customer service, I have a conscientious work ethic and strong communication skills. I am devoted to this by listening and paying attention to the details. I have mastered the art of negotiation and work closely to lead buyers and sellers to best fulfill their goals and dreams. Kevin was born in Indiana and graduated from Indiana University. He married his high school sweetheart Marla Newbauer and moved to Katy in 1996 with their daughter Jessica (who now lives in Boston with her husband and new daughter).
