Our company was awarded the largest construction contract to a minority owned company by the Houston Housing Authority. We managed and operated rehab projects of distressed multi family projects, working with project managers, engineers, inspectors from permits to completion. I developed an aptitude for the Real Estate industry. with over 30 years experience in Property Management, I developed communication and negotiation skills, handling high pressure situations and build relationships with tenants.
