One half block from the Metro Train meant we did not have to hassle with traffic, even though we had a car. The apartment was clean, equipped appropriately with all amenities. The apartment Pius picked for me was located on the 4th floor with the loveliest view on to the pool area. "The Valencia" is situated in easy walking distance to the street train with great access to either the NRG Center in one or to Midtown/ Downtown with shops, restaurants and convenience stores in the other direction. Houston-native Angelina Keck is one of the area's youngest, top-producing agents and has been for the last ten years. In 2005, Angelina inherited several rental properties.
