Ursula Muenzel: A Realtor Locally and Globally

Ursula Muenzel, Ph.D., takes her role as a certified corporate relocation specialist and luxury real estate professional very seriously. A licensed realtor in the State of Texas, a real estate broker in Germany, and a member of Who's Who in Luxury Real Estate, Ursula is bilingual in German and English, has a good command of French, and has a basic knowledge of Portuguese and Greek. She is the realtor of choice for both international clients and native Houstonians, assisting sellers and buyers in River Oaks, Upper Kirby, Memorial Park, Rice Military, the Heights, Tanglewood, the Memorial Villages and West Memorial, the Energy Corridor, and Katy.

A resident of Houston for 15 years, Ursula is a native of Germany. She has lived in several other European countries as well as the Middle East, Africa, and Brazil. After a successful first career as a university professor and a position in the German Foreign Ministry, she joined Beth Wolff Realtors in 2013. Her international background and experience as a certified cross-cultural coach for international corporations provide her with a profound understanding of all facets of moving, whether within Houston, across the United States, or to (or from) another country.

Ursula's own experiences when moving around the world taught her what excellent real estate service should be: A good realtor goes beyond finding their client a place to live. They educate their clients about the city and the character of different neighborhoods, and then identify the ideal location which best fulfills the client's needs, she states.

Broad understanding of other cultures makes Ursula an excellent realtor for a city as diverse as Houston and her honed negotiation skills give real added value for her clients. I am very determined and have sold some challenging properties. A 'no' is not acceptable for me, she says.

A serious devotee of classical music, Ursula is a long-serving board member of the Houston Symphony League. She is a past president of the Consular League of Houston and is an active member of the Houston Committee on Foreign Relations and the World Affairs Council Houston. A frequent lecturer at the Women's Institute of Houston, she has also lectured for the public and for docents at the Holocaust Museum Houston.

Ursula holds her Ph.D in modern history from Würzburg University. She has a grown daughter who graduated from The Awty School in Houston.

I'm the managing broker and co-owner of Realty ONE Group Optima. After 5 years of being a top producing agent in the Katy area I decided that I wanted to take my management and training skills to benefit other agents and run my own office. I have 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, management, and events. I am a graduate of St. Mary's College of California with a B.S. in Business Administration and a minor in Economics with a M.S. in gaming management from University of Nevada Reno. I grew up in Lake Tahoe, Nevada and enjoy playing soccer and skiing while raising my three wonderful children with my husband and business partner Alex.

Rachel brings a wide spectrum of business experience to assist her as she helps clients buy and/or sell homes.

She manage the step by step processes required in real estate while supporting her client's many needs as they traverse the steps (and stress) of buying/selling a home. She takes care of all the a sundry needs of her clients, not just in the real estate arena.

Rachel grew up in Houston and continues to love living here. She is fascinated with the diversity and multi-cultural population that choose to move and live here. She has had the chance to move away from Houston (and Texas) throughout the years, but she loves Houston too much to do so.

She is a swim parent and chauffeur to her active teenage son. She and her mix-terrier also take part in an animal assisted therapy group and visit a local hospital monthly.

Barbara Corletto is fluent in four languages – German, Italian, English and Spanish – and she specializes in relocating international clients to Houston.

"I remember how lost I felt when I first arrived in Houston, so I am very passionate about helping newcomers find just the right place," she says. "By helping their families adjust to the Houston environment, I can give them back a feeling of security."

Her most important tip for an ex-pat? "Don't let those charming Texas accents throw you!"

Barbara studied languages in Vicenza, Italy and moved to Germany shortly after completing her schooling. She has served as an interpreter in the international marketing community. She still maintains her cross-cultural connections and often helps ex-pats relocate to Europe. She is active in the Italian Cultural Community Center where she teaches adults Italian and volunteers at the Italian Festival each October.

Barbara is married and lives in southwest Houston with her husband, a contractor, and their three cats. She loves traveling, the arts, entertaining, and yoga. For the record, her favorite Italian restaurants here in Houston are DaMarco's, Sorrento's, Giacomo's, Amalfi and Bollo (where she enjoys their homestyle pizzas)!

A naturalized Citizen, born in London UK , Pius held various Consulting and Senior Executive positions with such well known firms as Florida Capital, Saks Fifth Avenue, Giorgio's, Ermenegildo Zegna, CondoSmart Realty, Annoura Realty Group and Engel & Völkers

German educated with a BA in European Economics with an Import/Export Specialty, Pius is very active in the community belonging to such organizations as NAHREP, AMPI, WCR, AAREA, Greater Houston Partnership; NW Houston Chamber of Commerce being awarded Ambassador of the Year in 2010; member of the HAR International Advisory Board, chairman 2019/2024, a 2015 graduate in the Texas Realtor Leadership Program, past Treasurer/Board member of The Dr. L. His key handoff system is reliable, efficient, and convenient. The photos and description of his place do not do it justice. It is so spacious, clean, an comfortable. The gym and pool are steps away, and you get two free parking spaces. The building is very secure, and requires passwords and fobs for entry. One half block from the Metro Train meant we did not have to hassle with traffic, even though we had a car. The apartment was clean, equipped appropriately with all amenities. Corporate Relocation Reviews: The apartment was nothing less than perfect for what I required! Modern amenities throughout, really comfy bed and lovely natural light through the daytime. The apartment Pius picked for me was located on the 4th floor with the loveliest view on to the pool area. "The Valencia" is situated in easy walking distance to the street train with great access to either the NRG Center in one or to Midtown/ Downtown with shops, restaurants and convenience stores in the other direction.
