He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. "As I purchased my first investment property out of state, I would say that I was lucky to work with Maria. I previously worked with 2 real estate agents before her that didn't pay me much attention nor seem helpful, so I moved on. I am glad to have stumbled across her profile on Zillow.





There are 2 characteristics that proved to me she was the perfect agent to work with.


First was her looking out for my best interest. I knew a bit about the Houston market before I began searching for homes, but didn't know much when it came to renting out the property. She assisted me in offering a fair price if she felt the property wasn't worth the asking price, she offered advice when it came to fixing up the property before showing, she gave me a second opinion when I was quoted for repairs needed, and the list can go on. Since I was only able to view homes by shopping online, she offered to drive out to properties I was interested in to check them out.





By looking out for my best interest, she earned my trust (which is the second characteristic that I value). It is not easy to trust someone you've never met in person, especially when it comes to purchasing a home out of state.
