Texas native Alli White leads clients to success with a passion for helping clients find the perfect place to call home. As the wife of a professional athlete, she has a firsthand understanding of how stressful moving can be, and she's long been the go-to resource when her husband and his teammates need a new place to live for the season. Born and raised in Brenham, Alli earned a bachelor's degree in education from Abilene Christian University, where she also played softball. She credits her experience as a student-athlete for forming her strong work ethic, discipline and resiliency. Alli's competitive nature makes her a natural at negotiations, while juggling school and sports made her a master of organization and multitasking. As a proud member of the Southern District Properties Group at Compass, she looks forward to fulfilling the team's mission of making real estate dreams a reality throughout the Texas Triangle, including Brenham, Bellville and Round Top. Alli and her husband reside in a Houston golf course community with their two dogs, Letty and Mac. In her free time, she can be found cheering him on, golfing, fishing and spending time with her family on their Brenham ranch.

Never allow good enough to become good enough. Roman L. Moore III was born and raised in Somerville, Texas into a family of four which includes one sister. After graduating from Texas A&M, he went on to obtain several graduate degrees and enter into a career in politics and state government leadership which included serving as Senior Advisor to the Illinois Governor as well as Chief of Staff and Deputy Director of state agencies. Roman's 20-year career in politics allowed him to live and work in several states across the country. After his return to Texas, Roman entered the field of Project Management managing construction, mechanical and maintenance projects through his company's contract with the Texas A&M University System. Understanding the need and value of ownership in property, Roman decided to commit his life's work to bringing that pride and value to the everyday Texan. In an effort to give back to his community, Roman launched the Matthew Gains Generational Wealth Initiative with the goal of establishing generational wealth among the state's underrepresented populations through the ownership of 2 to 3 acres of land. Matthew Gaines was a freed slave turned Texas State Republican Senator representing Washington County during Reconstruction. Senator Gaines is credited with playing a key role in the establishment of Texas A&M University. Roman hopes to honor his great grandfather's legacy by continuing his effort to shape the landscape of Texas for the benefit of every resident. Savannah Schulz Gutierrez is a third generation resident of Washington County and has grown up working in her family's construction business. She graduated from Brenham High School, earned an AA degree from Blinn College and a BA degree in Business from Sam Houston State University in 2008. She has been in the real estate business since 2005 and has enjoyed helping many people make their dreams come true by becoming homeowners. Her construction industry background provides her additional insight and creativity into possibilities for remodeling projects as well as new construction projects. She is active in the community through volunteer outreach programs like Washington County Ladies Lions, PTO, member of the Christ Lutheran Church, the American Legion Auxiliary and the Disabled American Veterans Auxiliary. Savannah is married with three kids, and two dogs.

Eric was voted Favorite Realtor of the year in Washington County along with heading up his agency in production to help win the favorite Real Estate Agency of the year as well! Eric is a commercial real estate agent who also specializes in farm, ranch, and investment properties. He is a Director for the South Central Board of Realtors, Director for The Boys & Girls Club Of Washington County, Director for The Washington County Chamber Of Commerce, graduate of the Washington County Leadership Program, Graduate of the Realtor Institute, Blinn College Alumni, & Graduate of Sam Houston State University. He brings over a decade's worth of experience in real estate transactions and market knowledge and now owns a real estate investment company.

Eric graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Finance & Business Administration from Sam Houston State University and started his career in banking and eventually into ag and commercial lending. His experience within the banking industry provides him with a unique perspective on the financial side of real estate.

As a full-time Realtor® today, Eric provides his clients with the added benefit of his financial knowledge and network, and approaches their experiences with the understanding of someone who has been in their shoes. With their best interests in mind, he provides quality service with his tireless work ethic and ability to communicate effectively.

When he's not immersing himself in the real estate world, Eric and his family attend Christ Lutheran Church and enjoys cooking, being outdoors as much as possible, and watching the Dallas Cowboys and is a proud supporter of the Cubs!

My roots begin here in Brenham, Texas (Home of Blue Bell Ice Cream). Growing up on our family ranch, I have experienced and learned many valuable things about living in the country. I assist buyers trying to find the “right” property and sellers market their property efficiently by using the latest technology. By having a degree in IT-Design & Development, I create custom aerial maps and renderings. This is very valuable tool for land planning and when searching for the right characteristics in a property such as: Shape/layout, road frontage, topography/terrain, and vegetation.
