Born and raised in Friendswood Texas, Nick has the market knowledge and the passion to begin his real estate career with a bang! Nick is already familiar with the ins and outs of real estate, having worked at Stanfield Properties for nearly 3 years, first as a real estate intern for Alan & Beth Stanfield, and later as a full-time office staffer.

With this strong real estate foundation already in place, Nick is ready to provide a great home buying, selling, or leasing experience with his dedication, loyalty, and familiarity of the local real estate market.

In his spare time, Nick works with many award-winning organizations in the marching arts community, including the Dawson High School Marching Band and Catalyst Color Guard located in Pearland, Texas, and Redemption Guard located in Houston, Texas. I am a graduate of University of Houston and have been a Realtor since 2001. Being a Houston Area native gives my clients the advantage of being represented by someone who knows and lives in the community. In addition to my real estate experience, I have extensive knowledge and experience with remodeling, building construction and design, and pre-market renovations. Therefore, I can provide complimentary design consultation for clients who wish to remodel and renovate portions of their home prior to listing. As mentioned, I am a graduate of the University of Houston and hold degrees in Business Finance, Construction Mgmt. and in Real Estate. Trisha is a local Texan and licensed real estate agent. In the Alvin/Friendswood area, she's worn many entrepreneurial hats, owning and operating a general contracting company and a salon. She also served the area as a loan Officer, adding to her 20+ years of experience in sales and problem solving.

During that same time, she raised three amazing kids. She is ambitious and well versed in building, propagating, and maintaining a happy, healthy home. She was born to work in real estate and understands that home is where the heart is.
