Vicki Brundage has been a resident of The Woodlands for 25 years and an area Realtor since 2012. She is an active member of the community and has enjoyed raising her 3 children in such a welcoming, eventful environment. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family/friends, at the beach and the hill country. She is an amateur photographer, involved in volunteering, a support group for caregivers, and Bible Study. Vicki still stays active with investing, renovating a few homes a year.

As talented as she is diverse, Blakely lives up to the calling. She has lived in The Woodlands for nearly 10 years and was raised in Kingwood. Her experience is not just limited to north Houston, but includes Houston's inner loop as well as Galveston.

Blakely received her BS from Baylor University in early childhood education. She started her teaching career in Fort Worth ISD and continued to support education through consulting with publisher McGraw Hill to help implement "Breakthrough to Literacy." Blakely has a strong passion for children and families and is eager to serve others within her community.

Her energy and creative spark bring a new level of service that sets her apart. Owning an interior design firm; Blakely brings fresh eyes and support when preparing homes to sell. Since service is a huge part of her life, she continues to volunteer and strives to maintain a healthy household for her family which includes her husband and two amazing boys! I have been a licensed REALTOR® since 2023. Although I was born in Paulton, England, I have been raised in the greater Houston area since 1998, so I consider myself a Texan. As for my areas of specialization, I am willing to help my clients in any way I can to get them what they want.

Before becoming a REALTOR®, I became a Texas licensed Certified Public Accountant, since 2017. I hold a master's degree in accounting from Texas A&M and took a series of Oil and Gas and Real Estate electives to broaden my understanding of the greater Houston markets. I married my wonderful wife, Katelyn, in 2020 and we have a beautiful baby girl, Holland. We currently live in an 80-year-old farmhouse on 200 acres just north of the Madisonville, TX area in a small town called Normangee.

I believe what sets me apart from others is my ability to explain even the most complicated components of a transaction to my clients in a way they can understand. As a laid-back and easygoing person, I can deal with and attain even the most unique of home requests.

My mother, Ruth Duance, has been working as a real estate agent since 2006 and has been the greatest influence on my life, both personally and professionally and inspired me to get my license shortly after college. I have followed my mother's real estate career through the years and what I've learned from her helps me in the marketing of the houses my clients entrust me to sell. My experience in accounting helps me better understand the financial side of the business, which I believe will be a useful asset to have when working to find the perfect house for my clients.
