With over a decade of real estate experience, she prides herself on building lifelong genuine relationships with her clients. Nicole enjoys thinking outside the box to match home buyers with properties and assist sellers with the sale process. Nicole has served as a real estate agent since 2010. She has consistently been recognized and awarded as a Top Producer since 2013. Prior to becoming a Realtor in 2010, Nicole's experience was in new home sales. She has a solid knowledge of construction and remodel methods. She feels this uniquely positions her to help buyers looking for resale, new construction or a remodel in any market! She finds her sellers find value in this background as well and is often helping them with suggestions to prepare their homes to enter the market successfully. Nicole's ongoing education and training allows her to best represent buyers and sellers; as does utilizing new technology in her business. She is a Luxury Collection Specialist, Certified Relocation Professional and a Preferred Real Estate Professional with the Veterans Land Board. Nicole is also an active REALTOR® in South Carolina. Family is Nicole's biggest love! Her husband has successfully worked in the Home building industry since 2001 and is also a proud decorated combat Veteran who served with the 2nd Ranger Battalion in Ft. Lewis Washington. Her son is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a BS in Construction Science and is in Industrial Commercial Construction in California. Her daughter is a graduate of The University of South Carolina and the University of North Texas Health Science Center with her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies. She and her husband (a Pediatrician) live in North Carolina. Nicole loves traveling, photography and her dogs Apple & Deuce.
