Before becoming a licensed Realtor, I was a general contractor for over 15 years. I bring my knowledge of construction into every transaction. Priya Kurup, is originally from the South, but spent most of her life on the East Coast. She has a Business degree from American University in D.C., while she was there, she interned on the Capitol Hill, the United Nations and the White House. She then moved to New York and received her Masters in Journalism from New York University. For many years, she worked for PEOPLE magazine, she decided to then move back to Houston. She currently lives and works in Sugar Land, which is where she met her husband, and they have been married for over 7 years now with one daughter. Before becoming an Agent, Priya managed a team of 10 agents, and is now an Agent herself for The Randle Team. She looks forward to helping clients find their dream home, just like she found hers in Riverstone. She also specializes in residential and commercial real estate.

Native Houstonian, Kelly Finnerman, graduated from University of Miami with a Real Estate Finance degree. Kelly was raised in a real estate family business that has helped her understand this industry and be successful at a young age. She prides herself in being a skilled negotiator and staying on top of all the latest, cutting edge technology. She understands her clients needs and will be available 24/7 for them. She is bilingual in English and Spanish. She also renovates homes as a flipper and has extensive knowledge in the investment industry.

A native Texan with an extensive background in interior and architectural design, merchandising model homes, and homebuilding, Jeanine Kaminski-Ditzel has designed, decorated and marketed homes in many of the most prestigious Inner Loop neighborhoods, including Oak Estates, Royden Oaks, River Oaks, Highland Village, Glendower Court, West University, Southampton and Southside Place.

Charged with the responsibilities of finding lots with market potential, estimating sales projections, then negotiating deals, purchasing and developing land for building custom homes, pricing costs for construction, and designing every detail down to the landscaping, Jeanine has developed a wealth of skill and experience that have also provided her with an infinite number of resources upon which to draw with her clients as the beneficiaries.

As President and Owner of Domicile, Inc. a retail, design and merchandising firm focused on modeling and staging new construction properties, Jeanine has won design awards on both local and national levels. Born and raised in Waco, Texas, Gloria Nino attended McClennan Community College before heading off to the big city! After attending the University of Houston, Gloria worked abroad for several years as Director of Public Relations for CASOLAR, Resort and Development Co. in Manzanillo, Mexico. Upon her return to the U.S., Gloria’s work as a Leasing Consultant led to her curiosity in Real Estate Brokerage.

In 1984, she received her Texas Real Estate Broker’s License and established Nino & Associates; a full service company that would be the 1st ever in Houston entirely dedicated to serving the corporate housing market.

Since founding Nino & Associates in 1984, Gloria’s invaluable insight, vision and leadership have made a huge impact on the Greater Houston area Real Estate and Relocation industries.
