It is my business to know what is for sale at any given time, when it went for sale and how long it will probably be on the market. I am involved with these neighborhoods in multiple social media networks as a means of interacting with these communities, not limited to Facebook.com, Nextdoor.com and Instagram.com. Whenever possible, I interact with the community face to face developing connections and friendships. Most weekends that I am not visiting homes with buyers, I am holding open houses in one of these neighborhoods. In my personal life, I am very value oriented.
