I am licensed to practice Real Estate in the entire State of Texas. I am based out of Houston, TX. I have and continue to represent clients in different parts of Houston and the greater Houston area. However, I focus the majority of my attention to the neighborhoods of Autumn Glen, Brunswick Lakes, Brunswick Meadows, Brunswick Place and Morning side. These neighborhoods are located near Highway 288 and the southern stretch of the Beltway 8 loop; very close to Pearland. I believe it's important to specialize and know everything about a community you intend to do business in and these are the neighborhoods I have chosen to become intimately familiar with. It is my business to know what is for sale at any given time, when it went for sale and how long it will probably be on the market. I am involved with these neighborhoods in multiple social media networks as a means of interacting with these communities, not limited to Facebook.com, Nextdoor.com and Instagram.com. Whenever possible, I interact with the community face to face developing connections and friendships. Most weekends that I am not visiting homes with buyers, I am holding open houses in one of these neighborhoods. In my personal life, I am very value oriented. I'm driven by a personal need to be of service and deliver value to my buyers, sellers and leasers. Anyone can rent or buy a house. I need to feel that I have made your experience easier and delivered value. I have dedicated 20 years of my life to Civil Service. I've made the transition to Real Estate with the intent to continue to help others or sort by others. I believe when you give value for free, your own success is a natural occurrence. When I'm not out holding open houses or working with clients, I like to look for ways to share information about this process with would-be buyers and seller on social media. I feel that I a lot of people are limited by their lack of understanding and I feel I can help.
