In 2017, Conor founded Apartment Specials™; A tech-hybrid apartment locating brokerage which has helped 3,000+ clients find home all across Texas. Including but not limited to luxury mid, high-rise apartments, penthouses, lofts, condominiums, etc. Conor created several organic social media powerhouses along with fast, efficient, tech-hybrid systems/processes for his team of 50+ sponsored agents. His team is able to serve THOUSANDS of new clients each month. In addition to his successful apartment locating career, Conor began his investing journey at age 20, fix and flipping houses. He is highly experienced and knowledgable with all on and off-market real estate transactions, including facilitating intermediary situations. Unlike most agents and brokers his age, Conor's primary focus is building win-win relationships with both clients and agents.

A native Houstonian and a third generation Texan; Sal believes real estate is a natural extension for his wealth of marketing expertise and interpersonal skills. An active person with an outgoing personality he has always had a passion for both houses and helping people. His background includes six years in mortgage lending as a loan officer which keeps him well versed on all sides of the home buying experience. Sal is also a Certified Member of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. As an Institute Member, he is part of an international network of real estate professionals who specialize in the luxury market.   Strong listening, communication skills, conversant in Spanish combined with technological proficiency, are Sal's strengths. He is diligent about staying in touch with both active clients and previous buyers and sellers, keeping them abreast of trends in their neighborhoods using cutting-edge technology. Sal maintains a positive attitude and has incredible energy and a level head, necessary attributes in often complicated negotiations and transactions. He is always accessible to his clients. He is readily involved in the community and donates his time to charitable causes.. He currently sits on the Board of directors for an organization that has served the Houston community for the last 20 years. Courtney Peters is a native Houstonian who has a passion for helping her clients find and sell their homes. Born and raised in Houston, her knowledge of the city, marketing and sales background, and remodeling experience makes her a well-rounded real estate professional. Courtney graduated from The University of Texas with a degree in Advertising, and went to work as an Account Executive at Cox Media Group. After three years of a successful career in media sales, she purchased her first fixer upper home. While going through the home buying and remodeling process, she fell in love with real estate and knew it was time pursue her dream to help otherswhether that be selling their home, or purchasing the home of their dreams. She actively continues to remodel homes, but gets the most joy out of helping to meet her client's real estate needs. Her love for remodeling and eye for design benefits her clients as she helps them find the perfect home. Courtney's background in marketing and sales has been crucial when representing sellers. She has always been an expert negotiator and works to get the deal done on her client's behalf.
