Conor (Broker Watkins) is Broker of Record for Watkins Realty LLC and Nava Real Estate Group; residential and apartment locating brokerages. In 2017, Conor founded Apartment Specials; A tech-hybrid apartment locating brokerage which has helped 3,000+ clients find home all across Texas. Including but not limited to luxury mid, high-rise apartments, penthouses, lofts, condominiums, etc. Conor created several organic social media powerhouses along with fast, efficient, tech-hybrid systems/processes for his team of 50+ sponsored agents. His team is able to serve THOUSANDS of new clients each month. In addition to his successful apartment locating career, Conor began his investing journey at age 20, fix and flipping houses. He is highly experienced and knowledgable with all on and off-market real estate transactions, including facilitating intermediary situations. Unlike most agents and brokers his age, Conor's primary focus is building win-win relationships with both clients and agents.
