Enthusiastic and eager to learn, Cristina has always been open to all business opportunities. She has more than 14 years of working with investors.

So, while she gained extensive experience in leasing and foreclosures through purchasing, owning, and managing these properties, she soon realized she wanted to learn more. She soon gravitated to more advanced studies and ultimately decided she wanted to make residential real estate her career.

A former physical therapist, Cristina, has always focused on providing a high quality of service to all of her clients. For her, helping people is a way of life. Her primary goal in every real estate transaction is that her clients will understand all aspects of the sale or purchase so that they can make informed decisions. She believes they should be completely satisfied with the service she's given them and that all their expectations are met. Born in Bogota, Colombia, Cristina enjoys being around people from different multicultural backgrounds and is, of course, fluent in Spanish. She has volunteered for many years in her children's schools and served the school PTO board as Co-President in 2018-2019.

Shaneequa Washington, better known as Nikki was born and raised in Houston; Harris County. This has given her an opportunity to build an extensive network and form close relationships with local businesses and people. She became a licensed real estate agent in 2019.

Nikki's experience hasn't always been in real estate. She spent almost ten years working for the city of Houston in public relations. Working for the city of Houston gave Nikki the opportunity to explore the ends and outs of various neighborhoods and communities. It is only natural that Nikki would combine her knowledge of Houston, with her love for helping people to develop a successful real estate business.

Nikki is married to a loving and supporting husband, and has three beautiful daughters. She graduated form Texas Southern University with a Bachelors in psychology and later from Prairie View A & M University with her Masters degree. Her affinity for knowledge is what keeps Nikki abreast with what is going on in the world of real estate. Nikki spends her free time with friends and family making a lifetime of memories. Some of Nikki's interest and hobbies include, trail riding, dancing, bowling, and attending the Houston Texas football games.
