Before even from college graduation and obtaining a BS in Science of Business Administration, Juan Carlos Maldonado began his professional life working in the consulting family business of imports and exports in his home Country Colombia, helping important leading business in textile sector to improve their ability to expand operations.

Following after graduation at E.A.N. School of Business Administration in his hometown Bogota, Colombia, he made a major decision to move to the United States to work in the Educational sector. After making Houston his second based hometown he began his career in Real Estate with a mind of an investor, acquiring several income rental properties. His ability to oversee opportunities and his understanding of the local and international real estate along with his experience in the trading markets of the Foreign Exchange Currency Market, allowed him to have and edge of what became one of the major economic events in 2008, the financial crisis meltdown. This let him to become a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Texas. He has helped a wide range of first time homebuyers and investors, both nationals and foreigners, looking to capitalize in this ongoing Texas growing economy despite the economic projections for the US.

While working in Houston Texas, specializing in urban downtown markets as well as the well-known suburban area of the Woodlands, he continued his studies at the University of Oklahoma in the field of Masters of Construction Administration. He also is acquiring a FIABCI certification as and specialist in Real Estate and International Markets. During all the years after the crisis, Juan has made a point of interest to travel around the world to have that broader perspective for the markets and simply in the day-to-day people’s lifestyles. This new perspectives have made him more passionate about how people perceive and interact with Real Estate, selling, buying, remodeling and building it.
