Danielle Keys Bess
Danielle Keys Bess began her tenure at Womack Development in 2007. As a Realtor she specializes in new homes sales, luxury homes, corporate relocation, first-time home buyers and commercial real estate. She also serves as the company’s Director of Public Relations and Marketing.
She commenced her business acumen inside the corporate communications arena of the Fortune 50 company Lockheed Martin, and the Fortune 100 company Albertsons, Inc. While growing up in a real estate family she watched her mother, Patricia C. Keys, build a successful career as a state certified general real estate appraiser & broker. During her upward climb of the corporate ladder, she decided to change gears and continue her mother’s legacy in the field of real estate.
Her upbringing, communication skills & corporate training has molded her into the Realtor she is today. Within her first year of becoming an agent she grossed over $1,000,000 in sales, and has evolved into becoming one of Womack Development’s top producers. She is diligent in her continued efforts to grow professionally, to gain knowledge in the ever-changing Houston/Greater Houston market area data, and to uphold the highest level of customer service in assisting her clientele in their real estate endeavors.
She is a native Houstonian and attended Elkins High School in Missouri City, Texas. She is a cum laude graduate from the University of Texas at Arlington, where she received a B.A. in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations, and a minor degree in Theater. She also received her Masters in Business Administration from Texas Woman's University.
She is a member of Houston Association of Realtors, Houston Black Real Estate Association, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Julia F. Thompson Foundation and Wheeler Avenue Baptist Church to name a few. Her awards include being the 2016, 2015, 2014 & 2013 WDIR Top Producer, 2007 L.A. Bedford Scholar of the Dallas Bar Foundation, Miss Black UTA 2004, and Miss Black Houston 2002. In her spare time she enjoys the activities of golfing, swing-out dancing, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. She is married to Corey R. Bess, who is a graduate of Sam Houston State University and works at Reliant as a Marketing Associate.
