A Houston resident for more than 40 years, Vickie and her husband live in Memorial where she is active in the community. For the last 23 years, she has volunteered for the City of Piney Point as a member of the Board of Adjustments. She is a long-time docent at the Museum of Fine Arts - Bayou Bend and co-founder of the Houston Oriental Rug Society. Social memberships include The Forest Club, The Colony Club and The Galveston Country Club.

Appointed by the chairman of the board of the Houston Association of Realtors, she has served on the State Professional Standards Committee, which provides arbitration services for both Realtors and the public. Vickie is a long-time member of the National, Texas and Houston Associations of Realtors.

Carol Rowley began her real estate career many years ago when she joined DeForest Realty in Georgia. After moving to Houston she worked for prominent real estate and tax attorneys and later joined Bolin Development Corp. where she worked in the commercial real estate sector. As a 10+ Year Top Producer, Carol has been recognized by the Houston Business Journal as one of Houston's Top 25 Individual Realtors in all of Houston. Her success is driven by her attention to detail, hard work and repeat referral business. Carol is incredibly goal oriented and provides her clients first class, top notch service from start to finish.

During her years in Houston she's lived in the West University, Southgate, Bellaire, Braes Heights and the Galleria area, giving her first hand knowledge of the Houston market. Raising 3 children and volunteering at West U Elementary, River Oaks Baptist School, Lanier Middle School and Lamar High School, immersed Carol in a wonderful community of people and a greater connection and understanding of the town she adores. With one child graduated from UT, another graduated from St. Edwards in Austin and her third a graduate of Tulane, Carol has more time than ever to totally dedicate herself to her clients' needs. Her perseverance is shown through her tireless work with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, where she has dedicated more than 20 years in the search for a cure for this disease. Carol was recently selected as an honoree for the JDRF Promise Ball where she was presented with the Living and Giving Award for her advocacy, leadership and commitment. JDRF selected Carol as Chair of the JDRF Children's Congress, a national event in Washington, DC created to lobby the government for additional funding. As the Chair, she worked personally with 200 families representing all 50 states in order to introduce them to their Congressmen and United States Senators. She not only provides service to the Houston community, but also individuals throughout the United States.

Julie, a native Houstonian who grew up in the Memorial area, joined Compass Real Estate in February 2020. Julie began her real estate career in 2008 and quickly climbed the ranks to become a Top Producer with over $40MM in sales in 2022.

As a child, Julie was fascinated by the architecture and design of beautiful houses all around her in the city of Houston. Her passion for homes remains and fuels her career as a Realtor®, along with extensive knowledge of Houston's neighborhoods and an eye for interior design and has worked in construction on numerous homes. Julie's broad client base includes, growing families, couples who are downsizing, and first-time home buyers.

Julie has three precious children Anna, Tucker, and Travis. Julie enjoys spending her free time meeting new people, entertaining in her home, and getting together with family and friends. She is a dedicated volunteer at her children's schools Condit Elementary, Pin Oak Middle School, and her Temple Emanuel El. Julie graduated from the University of Colorado in Boulder in 2005. After college, she worked in marketing and inside sales before transitioning into residential real estate. Julie is always at the center of things both socially and professionally, as she is seen as a trusted advisor by many of her friends and neighbors. Pauline Le's journey began in South Vietnam before her family moved to Houston, Texas, in 1992. She's a dedicated student at the University of Houston-Downtown, working towards her goal of becoming a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). In the realm of real estate, Pauline has excelled as an investor and property manager since 2004, with a comprehensive expertise in both commercial and residential properties. She strongly believes in the importance of personalized attention for each client and understanding their unique needs. Pauline's deep-rooted values and faith guide her to help others succeed, both in her community involvement and in her role as a real estate professional. Her goal is to continue her journey by becoming a CPA and furthering her impact on the real estate industry, combining her deep knowledge with her dedication to client-centric service.

Debbie Hartstern moved to Houston in 1981 and immediately embraced the city as home. After graduating with a BBA in Marketing from the University of Texas at Austin, Debbie began her two and a half decades career in retail and wholesale, rising to the position of Vice President of Sales and Merchandising for a watch company, responsible for all sales activities in the US and Caribbean territories. Eager to spend more time closer to home, Debbie decided to make a change and transfer her business skills to pursue her longtime passion, Real Estate.
