Hi Gwen,
As a consumer you only have access to properties that are active or pending. Realtors have access to properties that have sold, terminated, expired, or withdrawn. We are also able to look up the archive report on the property which shows us the MLS history.

Hi Gwen.
As Janet said you cannot find an expired property as a consumer. Your REALTOR would have to locate the information for you. HAR's website allows you to search for currently listed homes with "Find a Home" or previously sold properties with "Home Values". However the exact sales price will not be listed, only a range. Your REALTOR can get you the exact price.

I see you are logged in as a consumer. As a consumer, the only listings you will be able to access are those that are active, or pending. Only Realtors have access to information on expired, terminated, withdrawn and sold listings. I would be happy to assist you.
