Having lived in Kingsland and Sunrise Beach area since 1965, Mary Ann Liverman can offer her expertise of Lake LBJ and surrounding areas. She has seen first hand the changing of the lake area, from riding the ferry across the lake, which now has the 2900 bridge, to the flooding and changing depths of the Llano arm of Lake LBJ. She has been a Real Estate Agent since 2003. She is known as the Lake LBJ Waterfront Specialist. Mary Ann attended and graduated Llano High School, as well as her two sons. Her designations include GRI, e-Pro, RSPS and CLHMS and she has been a 4 time Bronze Medal Winner. In 2014, she and her husband Todd formed The Liverman Team, a husband and wife team. Todd is a Texas Ranch Land Specialist. Together they are members of the Highland Lakes Association of Realtors, Austin Board of Realtors, Central Hill Country Board of Realtors, NAR, TAR and WCR. They are also members of the Luxury Division of Keller Williams, KW Land and KW Commercial. They have Bronze, Silver, Gold and Double Gold Medals with Keller Williams.

Tracy Hicks began her career in Real Estate in 2006 working in the management office of Chase Tower in Dallas. She is a licensed Texas Real Estate Agent and an active member of the Cypress Fairbanks community and has been a Bridgeland resident for the past 12 years. She has extended knowledge in many areas of Real Estate including Commercial Property Management, Leasing, and Corporate Event Planning. Prior to working for The Lippincott Group, Tracy worked for Stream Realty, Transwestern and Hines in the corporate offices after graduating from Texas A&M University.













When she is not busy negotiating Real Estate deals, she enjoys playing tennis, cycling and photography. She currently volunteers as a Section Liaison at Bridgeland, volunteering at Pope Elementary and Sprague Middle School, and she is a member of the Informed Citizens Group and the Bridgeland Mommy and Me Group. She enjoys planning community events and playing Mahjong with friends. After a long day at work, you can find her on a stroll through the neighborhood of Bridgeland with her husband, Matt, her three children Carter, Olivia and Tatum, and her puppy, Duke.

Known for her integrity, loyalty and professionalism, Alina comes to the real estate market in Austin, Texas, with a concentration on the luxury market. Alina has a Bachelor Degree in International Economics, as well as an Master Business Administration, and is trilingual in Korean, Russian, and English. She began her international career in South Korea, where she lived over 10 years, as a business executive specializing in research and development, bulk sale, and profit operations between South Korea, Kazakhstan and Russia. Alina was an integral part in establishing sales territories for private entities which resulted in new trade offices promoting trade within targeted countries. This initiated the start of building professional relationships between buyers, private businesses, government agencies, and foreign clientele. While living in Thailand over 3 years, Alina was fortunate to have held positions where she was able to assist government and non- profit organizations, igniting her desire to help people wherever she could. This led to working with the US Embassy and International Rescue Committee developing programs for special caseload refugees in the United States, for better quality of life. Alina was strategic in assisting the logistic liaison using diplomacy and professional negotiations between caseload refugees and all caseworkers involved with U.S. Resettlement, based on Homeland Security criteria and standards. While this experience helped many refugees, it also required Alina to handle highly confidential information with professional personnel. Alina also acted as liaison between the Asian Forum Parliamentarians on Population and Development (AFPPD) and Central Asian Parliaments, and related parties. She organized and coordinated the conference "The Asian Consultation on the prevention of HIV related to Drug Use" which was held in Goa, Indi.
