Tracy Hicks began her career in Real Estate in 2006 working in the management office of Chase Tower in Dallas. She is a licensed Texas Real Estate Agent and an active member of the Cypress Fairbanks community and has been a Bridgeland resident for the past 12 years. She has extended knowledge in many areas of Real Estate including Commercial Property Management, Leasing, and Corporate Event Planning. Prior to working for The Lippincott Group, Tracy worked for Stream Realty, Transwestern and Hines in the corporate offices after graduating from Texas A&M University.
When she is not busy negotiating Real Estate deals, she enjoys playing tennis, cycling and photography. She currently volunteers as a Section Liaison at Bridgeland, volunteering at Pope Elementary and Sprague Middle School, and she is a member of the Informed Citizens Group and the Bridgeland Mommy and Me Group. She enjoys planning community events and playing Mahjong with friends. After a long day at work, you can find her on a stroll through the neighborhood of Bridgeland with her husband, Matt, her three children Carter, Olivia and Tatum, and her puppy, Duke.
