I was born in Dallas and traveled around the US with my family until we settled in Spring, Texas when I was five. My love of Real Estate and new home construction began in high school. Several years after graduating, I began working as an assistant and bookkeeper for a group of 16 Custom homebuilders in Cypress, Texas. The excitement of being involved in the homebuilding process from blueprints to completion motivated me to get my real estate license in 1990, and my Broker Associates license in 2015. In my free time I practice yoga, ride horses, travel, go to live music events, attend the Texas Renaissance Festival, and spend time near the ocean, or swimming like a mermaid in the pool. I absolutely love spending time with my family and friends, especially my 7- and 9-year-old nieces. I am also a big supporter of animal rights and I support local rescue groups in my community. Due to my Real Estate background, I am also obsessed with home remodeling and home decorating shows on the Discovery Channel. And of course, helping people find the perfect house while having some fun along the way. If I could do anything I wanted for a living and not get paid, it would be working with horses. I am the happiest when I can trade in my dresses and high heels for jeans and cowboy boots and ride horses all day. I have held a Texas Real Estate license since 2009. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Realtors, and the Victoria Area Association of Realtors. I was born and raised in Victoria, Texas and received a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas State University. I am a certified Mediator and worked for the State of Texas for 27 years. I am married and the mother of two young adult children.

I understand all aspects of the real estate process and provide incredible resources to my clients. I own and manage multi-family homes and with that success and knowledge, I serve as a trusted advisor to clients who are thinking about purchasing investment properties of their own.

I want my clients to have 100% faith that I have their best interest in mind at all times. There is nothing more exciting than helping my clients accomplish their goals, and walking alongside them through the process.

I want to bring my own experience and understanding to my clients and help them realize their goal of buying or selling their home or investment property. It is my goal to take a seemingly complicated process and make it not only understandable but profitable as well.

I continue to work as a full time agent and my experience has taught me to be a great negotiator and to always put my clients first. Real estate can be an emotional experience. My skills are particularly suited to guiding clients through the emotional process of buying and selling real estate.

I am passionate about helping people. My training and experience as a Mediator is an ideal foundation for my real estate career. I know how to assess each situation, find creative solutions, and stick with my clients until their goals are achieved.

My job as a Realtor is to help my clients find the right property or home, negotiate the best terms, and provide continued communication and service throughout the contract process and beyond.
