I have held a Texas Real Estate license since 2009. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Realtors, and the Victoria Area Association of Realtors. I was born and raised in Victoria, Texas and received a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas State University. I am a certified Mediator and worked for the State of Texas for 27 years. I am married and the mother of two young adult children.

As a Mediator for the State of Texas for 27 years, my experience has taught me to be a great negotiator, problem solver, and to always put my clients first. My experience, knowledge, positive attitude and superior negotiation skills help me to achieve the best results for my clients. I truly love assisting homeowners achieve their real estate goals and I'm proud to be a REALTOR®.

I understand all aspects of the real estate process and provide incredible resources to my clients. I own and manage multi-family homes and with that success and knowledge, I serve as a trusted advisor to clients who are thinking about purchasing investment properties of their own.

I always believe the clients needs and concerns are my number one priority. It's not just about the "sale" for me, I am all about building long term relationships. I want my clients to have 100% faith that I have their best interest in mind at all times. There is nothing more exciting than helping my clients accomplish their goals, and walking alongside them through the process.

I want to bring my own experience and understanding to my clients and help them realize their goal of buying or selling their home or investment property. It is my goal to take a seemingly complicated process and make it not only understandable but profitable as well.

I continue to work as a full time agent and my experience has taught me to be a great negotiator and to always put my clients first. Real estate can be an emotional experience. My skills are particularly suited to guiding clients through the emotional process of buying and selling real estate.

I am passionate about helping people. My training and experience as a Mediator is an ideal foundation for my real estate career. I know how to assess each situation, find creative solutions, and stick with my clients until their goals are achieved.

My job as a Realtor is to help my clients find the right property or home, negotiate the best terms, and provide continued communication and service throughout the contract process and beyond.
