Originally from Austin, Albert moved to Houston when his wife wanted to return to her hometown, bringing with him an extensive history of client-focused customer care and breadth of knowledge in land management. His education and life experiences have helped him to quickly identify his clients’ needs, leverage local resources, and help them accomplish their goals. After serving in the US Army as a medic, Albert obtained a Bachelor’s in Agricultural Business and Management and a Master’s in Land Use Management and Development from Texas State University in San Marcos. Albert believes in the importance of being an active listener and communicator to ensure clients are kept informed through the entire process. Albert holds a mediation certificate and puts his dispute resolution skills to use as a patient but firm negotiator, committed to getting the best deal for his clients. Additionally, based on his love for the environment and focus on sustainable and conscientious living, Albert became a LEED Accredited Professional. In doing so, Albert hopes to help promote green building as a way to help clients save money and resources while leaving a positive impact on the health of homeowners. I approach real estate with the perspectives of family and business. As a wife and mother who has always worked outside of my home, I know what it takes to get tasks completed while handling a myriad of details. My earlier professional background has gone from the medical field to business administration to real estate. I appreciate attention to all the details due to my work in the medical field and the needs of business from my work with property management and office administration.

Debbie has lived in Austin (Westlake and Tarrytown) for 25+ years and knows Austin inside and out. She raised her two children here and has personally experienced Austin's transformation from small college town to one of the most vibrant cities in the country. What sets her apart? She was a corporate sales executive (IBM) for many years, with strong leadership, sales, marketing, and negotiation skills. Experience has its rewards. Her clients breathe easier knowing that she's in their corner. She is also a veteran at relocation, having moved countless times throughout her IBM career. She gets it!
