Julieanna is a big advocate for her community, and has spent a great amount of time assisting the elderly. She has been a resident of this community for 35 years and enjoys hosting guests in her Airbnb! Julieanna has also assisted the community by beginning Nextdoor.com for her neighborhood, and has fostered many animals, (including raccoons!), throughout the years. She is also a long-standing member of the Association of Independent Information Professionals.

In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, playing piano, riding motorcycles and traveling.

Colleen began her real estate career in 2018. She lives in & specializes in helping buyers & sellers in and around Katy, TX, just outside of Houston. She is dedicated to providing top-notch service & an exceptional experience to all of her clients. She is a mother of two daughters, grandmother of two grandsons, and happy pet mom of a boxer and sulcata tortoise. She enjoys the outdoors, loves to garden, dance , sing, and she is learning the guitar. She is very active in her church and her community. Colleen has a servants heart. Jennifer's early career began with managing & selling IT consulting services for Financial/Oil & Gas clients. In 2018, she was drawn back to real estate where her true passion has always been. Inside knowledge of the area & management skills enable her to provide valuable information to clients. Though her primary expertise is centered on the Fort Bend County area, Jennifer has also had rental properties & lived inside the loop. Clients reap the benefits of her personal experiences in the area, layered upon her love of the real estate process. Her goal is to act as advisor & guide throughout the buying & selling process, always with her clients' best interests at heart. I relocated to Houston over 2 decades ago and I have a very special love and appreciation for the city I call home.
