Jennifer's early career began with managing & selling IT consulting services for Financial/Oil & Gas clients. In 2018, she was drawn back to real estate where her true passion has always been. Inside knowledge of the area & management skills enable her to provide valuable information to clients. Though her primary expertise is centered on the Fort Bend County area, Jennifer has also had rental properties & lived inside the loop. Clients reap the benefits of her personal experiences in the area, layered upon her love of the real estate process. Her goal is to act as advisor & guide throughout the buying & selling process, always with her clients' best interests at heart. She works diligently to find the perfect property for buyers & facilitate profitable contracts for sellers. From family homes to investment properties at all price points, she applies her experience in renovations to carefully inspect prospective purchases. She gathers comps, as well as current news & trends, in order to keep her clients well informed. With global experience working directly with CEOs & CFOs, Jennifer's people skills extend well beyond the world of sales and real estate. In addition to serving on the neighborhood HOA & her sons' school PTO, she organized a Mothers' Club for their community-holding various events for kids & families. Her sons now join her in various volunteer opportunities such as their favorite- Feed the City. This community-focused Realtor takes time to understand who her clients are & what is important to them. Her background in global business allows her to see the big picture, while her family & community experiences provide a more personal perspective.
