Though her primary expertise is centered on the Fort Bend County area, Jennifer has also had rental properties & lived inside the loop. In addition to serving on the neighborhood HOA & her sons' school PTO, she organized a Mothers' Club for their community-holding various events for kids & families. Her sons now join her in various volunteer opportunities such as their favorite- Feed the City. Before discovering her passion to practice real estate, Andria Williams, REALTOR® spent over 20 years serving the public in various contracting and procurement positions for federal, state, and local governments in Texas and Arizona. Andria obtained her Master's in Public Administration with a concentration in government where she was then awarded a certification to become a Professional Public Buyer by the Universal Public Procurement Certification Council. Through her education and experience, Andria has developed the skills and knowledge to uphold ethical standards, active listening, and contract negotiation. These skills have aided her in becoming a success in the real estate industry. Her passion for real estate stems from the want to provide outstanding service by showing compassion and professionalism to her clients. Andria is a native Texan and enjoys the diversity of people, food, and attractions! She gives back to her community by volunteering for an array of public service initiatives through her sorority and is a certified Volunteer Deputy Registrar for Bexar County. Al Cannistra is a Texas licensed Broker / REALTOR in the San Antonio area and a property Tax Arbitrator for the State of Texas. Born and raised in Chicago, he relocated to San Antonio in 2004 and became a licensed REALTOR® in 2005. Prior to real estate, Al served as a vice president of a billion dollar multi-national consumer products company. His office specializes in residential properties in the northern area of the city and into the start of Hill Country.
