Colleen began her real estate career in 2018. She lives in & specializes in helping buyers & sellers in and around Katy, TX, just outside of Houston. She is dedicated to providing top-notch service & an exceptional experience to all of her clients. She is a mother of two daughters, grandmother of two grandsons, and happy pet mom of a boxer and sulcata tortoise. She enjoys the outdoors, loves to garden, dance , sing, and she is learning the guitar. She is very active in her church and her community. Colleen has a servants heart. She comes from a place of contribution, helping, nurturing in everything she does in her personal & professional life. Melissa's career path has allowed her to gain and develop experience in Customer Relations, Corporate Policy, Real Estate, and Small Business Management. As Co-Owner of a local IT Consulting firm with her husband since 2005; which they are still growing. During that time, she developed management and customer relations skills, as well as technical skills. Melissa is a hard-working and determined go-getter who knows when and how to get things done. Before that she spent 10 years in corporate customer relations developing the skills necessary to be an excellent negotiator and salesperson. Remarkably, Melissa has taken all of her past experience and focused it on her love of real estate and her passion for helping families like her own through the decisions involved with buying and selling their homes. She brings the right amount of "know-how" and "can-do spirit" to get your transaction done quickly, and as smoothly, as possible. In her spare time Melissa enjoys travelling and volunteering in ministry with her husband and their three sons. She enjoys serving with her church family in the local community and seeing lives changed through simple acts of kindness. Family and community are the most important things to Melissa and just one of the reasons why she will always do her best taking care of you, her clients and friends, as you face decisions regarding the place you call home.

Julieanna Cline is a REALTOR® whose background stems from digital marketing and website design. When deciding to shift gears into Real Estate, she knew her knowledge of problem solving, research, and marketing would help her succeed in the industry. Utilizing her skills to help others achieve their home buying goals is the most rewarding to her.

Julieanna is a big advocate for her community, and has spent a great amount of time assisting the elderly. She has been a resident of this community for 35 years and enjoys hosting guests in her Airbnb! Julieanna has also assisted the community by beginning Nextdoor.com for her neighborhood, and has fostered many animals, (including raccoons!), throughout the years. She is also a long-standing member of the Association of Independent Information Professionals.

In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, playing piano, riding motorcycles and traveling.
