Melissa Orr

Melissa's career path has allowed her to gain and develop experience in Customer Relations, Corporate Policy, Real Estate, and Small Business Management. As Co-Owner of a local IT Consulting firm with her husband since 2005; which they are still growing. During that time, she developed management and customer relations skills, as well as technical skills. Melissa is a hard-working and determined go-getter who knows when and how to get things done. Before that she spent 10 years in corporate customer relations developing the skills necessary to be an excellent negotiator and salesperson. Remarkably, Melissa has taken all of her past experience and focused it on her love of real estate and her passion for helping families like her own through the decisions involved with buying and selling their homes. She brings the right amount of "know-how" and "can-do spirit" to get your transaction done quickly, and as smoothly, as possible. In her spare time Melissa enjoys travelling and volunteering in ministry with her husband and their three sons. She enjoys serving with her church family in the local community and seeing lives changed through simple acts of kindness. Family and community are the most important things to Melissa and just one of the reasons why she will always do her best taking care of you, her clients and friends, as you face decisions regarding the place you call home.
