Kito was born and raised in Michigan, where he received a bachelor's in social studies with a minor in education from Spring Arbor University, along with being awarded a varsity letter for his excellent athletic capabilities. He is the proud father of a daughter, Kaydia, who is soon to be Texas State student. Since moving to San Antonio, they have embraced the community and thrived in it. As a realtor, Kito's top priority is to help families realize their dream of owning a home. His fondest memories are those of client's children running through a recently sold home picking out their rooms and the expressions on his client's faces when they have found that perfect home. During his first year in real estate he helped over twenty families achieve that goal. As a boy, Daniel enjoyed playing sports, his favorite being golf. Daniel favorite memories of his childhood are of spending time at his grandfather's cabin, going fishing on the pontoon. After high school, Daniel went onto study business and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Metropolitan State University (St Paul, MN).
