Kito Smith

Kito was born and raised in Michigan, where he received a bachelor's in social studies with a minor in education from Spring Arbor University, along with being awarded a varsity letter for his excellent athletic capabilities. He is the proud father of a daughter, Kaydia, who is soon to be Texas State student. Since moving to San Antonio, they have embraced the community and thrived in it. As a realtor, Kito's top priority is to help families realize their dream of owning a home. His fondest memories are those of client's children running through a recently sold home picking out their rooms and the expressions on his client's faces when they have found that perfect home. During his first year in real estate he helped over twenty families achieve that goal. Kito is an experienced public speaker, negotiator, and always represents his clients with integrity and confidence. His professionalism, welcoming attitude and knowledge of San Antonio market trends make him an ideal agent.
